Refunds

Food items and perishable goods are exempt from being returned and refunds on these items will only be made if the goods are received in poor condition. This must be brought to our attention as soon as possible after receipt of the goods, no later than 5 days after receipt of the goods. We do not accept responsibility for the long-term storage of any produce. It is your responsibility to transfer any perishable items to adequate storage such as an airtight container or jar upon the receipt of goods.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are in poor condition or damaged.
