These white chocolate chunks contain reduced cocoa butter thereby ensuring that they do not melt away during baking (resisting oven temperatures up to 200C) Perfect for American cookies, brownies, muffins and cakes.
Tip: only add the chunks in the dough at the very end of the kneading process. It will keep the dough from colouring and the chunks from melting during kneading.
