500g Banana Cake Mix

115g water

65g vegetable oil

150g bananas (preferably ripe)

35g chopped walnuts (optional)

 

Method

Place the mix into a bowl with a beater. 

Combine the water and oil and mix  for 1 minute on speed 1.  Scrape down.  

Mash the bananas and blend through the batter.  Scrape down.

Beat for 3 minutes on medium speed.

Add walnuts, if desired, and blend through for one minute on slow speed.

Note; ovens vary so please adjust times accordingly

For 380g loaf cake bake at 180 degrees C for approx. 40 minutes.

Store between 10-25°C in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
