CHOCOLATE BROWNIES (makes 12)

500g Chocolate Brownie Mix

125ml water

100g inclusions (optional) i.e. chocolate chips or walnuts

 

Method

Place the mix into a mixing bowl fitted with a beater.  Add the water to the mix.  Mix for one minute on speed 1 then scrape down and mix again for another minute on speed 1.  Add inclusions if required.

Place into a greased and lined baking tray.

Ovens vary so please adjust times accordingly;

Bake at 185-195ºC (365-390ºF) for approximately 30 - 40 minutes.  

 Sugar; WHEAT flour (with calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, Thiamin), whole dried EGG, vegetable oil (Palm, rapeseed), dried glucose syrup, Fat reduced cocoa powder (6%), dried egg, emulsifier, mono and Di-glycerides of fatty acids.  Salt, Flavouring.

WHEAT, Wheat Flour (Cereals Containing Gluten), Dried Egg (Eggs).    Packed in an environment where all allergens are present

store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Up to 9 months.  See use by date.
