An incredibly easy ginger cake mix. Just add water and water and vegetable oil to produce delicious Ginger loaf cakes, muffins and tray bakes
GINGER CAKE MIX RECIPE
500g Ginger Cake Mix
140g vegetable oil
Place dry mix into a mixing bowl fitted with a beater
Combine all the liquids and gradually add to the mix over two minutes
on medium speed.
Baking Guidelines; (ovens vary so please adjust times accordingly)
Loaf Cakes: 180°C (360°F); 35 mins (according to unit size)
