Partly replace your normal bread flour with this multi-seed mix for a deliciously textured, seeded loaf!
Instructions (per kg)
Place Multi Seed mix in a bowl and mix on a spiral mixer for 2 minutes at slow speed.
Mix for a further 8 minutes on fast speed
Divide into required weights, mould up and rest for 5 minutes
Mould into required shapes or tins
Prove at 35℃
Place in oven and bake for at 250℃ for approx; 30 minutes
