Rice Pudding Recipe (so easy to make!)
100g pudding rice
25g caster sugar
1tsp ground cinnamon (or nutmeg if preferred)
700ml milk (or 350ml milk and 350ml evaporated milk)
Pre-heat the oven to 180C (350F)
Generously grease an ovenproof dish with butter.
Gently simmer the milk in a saucepan (being careful not to allow it to boil).
Place all the ingredients into the dish and pour over the milk. Stir.
Place on the bottom shelf in the oven and bake for approx. 45 mins, until the rice is cooked through, stirring occasionally.

store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
