SPONGE CAKE MIX RECIPE
500g Sponge Cake Mix
150g vegetable oil
100g inclusions (optional) i.e. broken vegan chocolate chips. For a fruity taste why not try freshly picked blackberries!
Stir all ingredients on a medium speed and fill into a tin (pressing the top down slightly with an oiled scraper)
To make loaf cakes, deposit mix into a paper case in a loaf tin and bake at 180ºC (360ºF) for 40-45 minutes. (ovens vary so please adjust times accordingly)

agents: E 450, E 500; dextrose, salt, thickener E 415, natural vanilla
